Ingredients
- 2 x ripe avocados
- 2 x bananas sliced and frozen
- 6-8 tsp cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Protein powder
- 1/2 cup Almond milk if required
- Optional:
- chia seeds
- honey
- coconut oil

Instructions
- Blend the avocados and bananas then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
- Add a little milk if required to make the right consistency.
- Once happy with your mouse, transfer to 1 large or individual serving dishes.
- (You can also freeze the mouse if you wish to eat this as a frozen dessert.)
