x ripe avocados

x bananas
sliced and frozen

cacao

vanilla

cinnamon

Protein powder
1/2

Almond milk
if required
Optional:
chia seeds
honey
coconut oil
Instructions
Blend the avocados and bananas then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
Add a little milk if required to make the right consistency.
Once happy with your mouse, transfer to 1 large or individual serving dishes.
(You can also freeze the mouse if you wish to eat this as a frozen dessert.)
