Ingredients

chicken drumsticks

tbsp
butter
I use goats butter
2
tsp
garlic
crushed
1
tbsp
tamari or coconut aminos
2
tbsp
honey
1
tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2
tsp
crushed red or black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180oC
Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic for 3-4 mins
Take off the heat and add everything else
Stir, season and set aside to cool
Coat the chicken in the sauce and bake in the oven for approx. 30 mins until the chicken is cooked through
