Instructions
  1. Squeeze the moisture from the cauliflower (if you can be bothered!)
  2. Cook the onion, garlic, carrots then peas in a wok or large frying pan, then remove
  3. Add the eggs to scramble, then remove
  4. Cook cauliflower in hot oil for 5-7 mins
  5. Combine all plus the oils
