Chocolate Bananas

  1. Stick lolly sticks or anything you can find (a stiff straw also works well) into the bottom of the banana and pop it into the freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight
  2. In a pan, melt the cacao butter over a low heat and poor in the rest of the ingredients (except the coconut and seeds) and keep stirring
  3. Take the bananas from the freezer and dip them into the chocolate (its easier if you title the pan)
  4. Decorate with your chosen topping – you have to be quick as the chocolate sets quickly – and set aside
