Chocolate Biscuits

  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC and grease or line a baking tray.
  2. Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil and butter and mix together.
  4. Add the almonds, gently mix again.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten onto the prepared baking trays.
  6. Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
