  1. Preheat oven to 120oC and line a baking tray
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden, turning halfway through
  4. Serve by spooning yoghurt into a bowl and top with granola
  5. NB. Nut activation removes poisons in the husk that can make them tough to digest. Simply soak overnight in a covered saucepan of water with a pinch of salt then dry in the oven for 12-24 hours at the lowest temperature possible.
