Almond and Chia Energy Balls

I’m back with more balls!!  Balls are so easy to make and usually based around similar ingredients so it’s so easy to mix them up so that you’re not getting tired of having the same old thing.  These ones are super simple – just blitz and roll!!  (Sounds like a night out from my distant past!!)

Instructions
  1. Blitz the almonds in a food processor, then add the rest of the ingredients plus 2 tbsp water and blitz again until it all comes together.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and place in the freezer for an hour to set.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
