Ingredients

coconut flour
1/2
cup
Cacao powder
or carob if you can’t tolerate cacao
3
eggs
1/2
cup
plus 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

tsp
vanilla extract
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150oC
Mix the ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8in tin
Bake for 30-35 mins
Cool for 30 mins in the tin before slicing
