  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC
  2. Whizz the nuts and seeds for about 20 seconds (or less) to keep them nice and crunchy
  3. Spread the nuts onto a lined baking sheet
  4. Blitz the banana, ginger, cinnamon, cacao and coconut oil in a blender and combine this with the nut mixture
  5. Cook for 20 mins, until crisp
  6. Allow to cool then top with orange zest
  7. Store in a glass jar and it will keep for a week or two
