  1. Preheat the oven to 175oC and grease and flour a 20cm x 9cm loaf tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
  3. Whizz the kale, courgette, garlic and herbs in a blender (or chop it all finely by hand).
  4. Add this to the bowl along with the eggs, coconut milk, lemon juice, coconut butter and apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and flatten the surface using the back of a wooden spoon dipped in cold water.
  6. Bake the loaf in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
  7. Turn out on to a wire rack and cool before serving.
