No Bake Apple Bar

Oh yes it’s apple season folks and I have loads of delicious ways to use up those tree falls, so get collecting that scrumptious free food and keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks!

Instructions
  1. Peel, core and slice your apple and either stew it in a pan or the microwave with a tbsp or so of water, then mash or blend it until pureed and set aside.
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients.
  3. Heat the almond butter and maple syrup in a pan and mix these into the dry ingredients along with the apple puree.
  4. Add the coconut milk if required to create a wet doughy mixture.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined tin and pop in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until set and then slice and store in the fridge.
