I made these for my son’s birthday party. They are so easy and they went down a treat with all the kids – even the fussy ones 😉

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2/3 cup peanut butter optional
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3 cups GF oats
- 1/3 cup cacao
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt sea or Himalayan

Instructions
- Grease or line a couple of baking trays
- Warm the honey, peanut butter and coconut oil in a pan
- Stir in the oats, cacao, vanilla and salt
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on the trays
- Freeze for 15 mins and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
