  1. Make sure you have a nice clean jar to store the jam in (one that’s been through the dishwasher will be adequately sterilised to keep this jam for a good few days)
  2. Put the raspberries, honey and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a bowl and then stir in the chia seeds and mix vigorously by hand
  4. Pop the mixture into the jar and chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set
