Simple, Low FODMAP Stuffed Peppers

These tasty little peppers make a great side dish, a lovely lunch or light meal.  The low FODMAP ingredients make them nice and gentle on the tummy too.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC.
  2. Place the pepper halves onto a baking tray, stuff them with the ingredients and bake in the oven for around 18-20 minutes.
