  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC (although I find a slightly lower temperature stops the edges burning)
  2. Whisk together the olive oil and maple syrup and add the quinoa flakes and mix
  3. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt
  4. Roast, stirring now and then until the flakes are golden brown (about 25mins)
  5. Allow to cool then mix with the remaining ingredients and store in a glass jar for up to 2 weeks.
