I used to eat AT LEAST 2 chocolate brownies a day when I was a nipper at school. I can still taste them now, they were the most delicious, warm, slightly soft, slight crunchy little slices of heaven. So, I consider myself a bit of a brownie connoisseur and I can safely say that these gluten, sugar and dairy free ones are a pretty good substitute for the real thing. I made a batch at the weekend to cheer us up as the kids were dropping like flies with chickenpox and they did not last long!!
