  1. Marinate the tofu in the oil, tamari, lime juice, ACV and honey for a minimum of about 5 minutes, up to a few hours before. When ready to eat, fry the tofu in a little oil for about 5-8 minutes, reserving the marinate.
  2. Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions.
  3. Mix the remaining marinate with the peanut butter. Add a little water if you need to to make the dressing runny enough to pour.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients in a serving dish, along with the noodles and tofu and mix in the dressing.
