Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and gently fry the onion for a few minutes, before adding the garlic, fennel seeds and oregano and cook until the mixture looks soft.
  2. Add the tinned tomatoes and tomato puree and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the drained beans and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Season, then add the feta and stir well before serving.
