  1. Preheat the oven to 175oC.
  2. Blend the figs, nut butter and honey, adding a little water at a time until you get a nice soft doughy consistency.
  3. Mix this with the quinoa flakes and press the mixture into a lined square-ish cake tin.
  4. Bake in the oven for around 20-25 minutes until firm and golden.
  5. Cool in the tin then lift out and slice.
