- 2/3 cup dates chopped
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2/3 cup finely chopped pistachios

Instructions
- Blend the dates, add the pecans and blend again. Finally add the remaining ingredients (except the pistachios) and blend until a smooth paste/dough forms.
- Roll into balls using a bit of coconut oil on your hands to stop the mixture sticking, then roll each ball into the chopped pistachios.
- Refrigerate for around 30 minutes until they're firm enough to eat.
- Store in the fridge or freezer to be enjoyed later.
