Chia Chocolates

I love these little chocolates – so easy to make, great as a cute little gift for someone and the perfect number if you’re craving something naughty.  One word of caution though, don’t eat if you’re in company and don’t have a toothbrush to hand as those cheeky little chia seeds are bleeders for getting stuck in your teeth!!

Instructions
  1. Melt the coconut oil in a pan and mix in the other ingredients.
  2. Spoon into tiny cupcake case or moulds of your choice.
  3. Freeze for a few hours to set.
  4. Once set these can be stored in the fridge for a week or two.
