Post-Workout Balls

More Balls!  This time for the grown ups.  The protein content makes them a great after workout snack but obviously they can be enjoyed whenever the fancy takes you!

Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a processor for 3-4 mins until thoroughly mixed
  2. Roll into balls then freeze for about 20 mins before transferring to the fridge
  3. (Will keep for up to 2 weeks)
