Crispy Kale

OK so it’s not revolutionary, but it’s a regular feature in our house and if you haven’t tried it yet you really must….  It takes minutes to make but it transforms the relatively bland kale into a tasty, crispy delight that even the kids love!  Add it to any meal to bump up your vegetable intake.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC.
  2. Lay the kale onto a baking tray.
  3. Drizzle the oil over the top and scrunch it into the leaves with your hands.
  4. Sprinkle the salt over the top and bake in the oven for around 5-10 minutes, taking care not to let it burn.
