Low FODMAP Chocolate Banana Bread

Eating low FODMAP can feel restrictive but it doesn’t mean you have to go without. This delicious chocolate and banana bread is a cheeky little treat, just don’t eat it all at once!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 170oC.
  2. Mix together the oats, baking powder, cacao and chocolate chips in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl mash the bananas, then mix in the egg, water and peanut butter.
  4. Combine the 2 bowls, mix thoroughly and pour into a lined loaf tin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for around 35 minutes, until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack for cooling. Store in the fridge or freeze some for another day!
