Lamb and Mint Burgers (GF, DF, LFM)

Hallelujah, BBQ season is upon us again and here in the UK we’ve been enjoying some super early sunshine. As with any other meal I always prefer to make fresh rather than buying pre-packeged options. These lamb burgers are so easy and a lovely addition to the summer BBQ (or in fact any meal any other time of year) that there’s no excuses for not giving them a go!!

Instructions
  1. Simply mix together all of your ingredients, roll them into balls and flatten into burger shapes.
  2. The prepared burgers can be stored in the fridge until you’re ready to eat, or cooked straight away.
  3. Grill, bake, fry or BBQ your burgers until cooked through (roughly 4 mins each side for baking or frying or about 10 mins in the oven).
